Are you an experienced Patient Care Coordinator looking for a new opportunity with a prestigious healthcare company? Do you want the chance to advance your career by joining a rapidly growing company? If you answered "YES" to any of these questions - this is the position for you!

Daily Responsibilities:

  • The Patient Care Coordinator will be on the phone all day handling inbound and outbound calls from providers and patients of the specialty pharmacy.
  • The Patient Care Coordinator will answer questions regarding prescriptions, information about their benefits, questions about their refills, etc. and will route these calls to the correct department when needed.
  • This job will be completely remote until end of year (tentative)
  • Schedule of the position will be Monday-Friday, any shift between 8:00am-9:00pm, occasional Saturdays (will likely start on 12:30-9:00pm shift)
  • Pay Rate will be $14.50/hr and start date will be 10/26/2020
  • This will be a Contract opportunity with potential to convert to a permanent role based on performance, attendance, and company needs

    • Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • 1+ years of healthcare experience (Pharmacy/PBM experience a plus!)
  • Experience with assisting patients with getting medication preferred
  • Prefer 1+ years of call center experience
  • No time off in first 90 days
  • Ability to Temporarily Work from Home (Computer/Laptop. Stable Internet Connection, Smart Phone)
