Part Time Billing Specialist Needed

West Palm Beach service company is seeking an outgoing, energetic Part Time Billing Specialist team member to add to their team on a temp to hire basis. In this role you will be responsible for processing billing, entering work orders, accounts receivable duties such as applying credits and preparing invoices providing excellent customer service.  Hours are 8:00 AM - 1:45 PM some flexibility 

Duties:

• Job order maintenance such as status of job, completed paperwork and reconciliation of paperwork close out
• Maintain status of open jobs, receive job complete paperwork and reconcile job cost to close-out paperwork.
• Assist with job costing and preparing customer invoices 
• Prepare and apply credit memos; apply discounts and rates
• Maintain customer database

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in a service company (plumbing, pest control, alarm, electrical is a big plus)
• Billing experience preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Excellent phone skills 
• Enthusiasm to learn and work with clients
