Senior Estimator / Heavy Commercial Construction

Our client specializes in Heavy Civil--they are looking for a  Senior Estimator with Heavy Commercial  experience for the Tampa Bay area. 
This is a full-time, permanent position.

Candidate must have experience as a Senior Estimator with a current focus on heavy commercial; bidding local municipality (public) projects is a plus. 

*Must have experience bidding heavy commercial projects in the range of: $500K to $9 million (10 to 60 acre shopping malls, warehouses, Home Depots, Publix/Retail, etc....)
*Must have experience with Agtek and B2W software
