Descripción
Provide customer service through email attending to inquiries related to shopping rewards, review the cases of the same and provide a response in a professional tone. Requires intermediate English, with excellent grammar.
Salary is RD $110.00 per hour plus incentives based on performance. Hours are from Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Requisites
Experience in Call Center (preferred)
Excellent reading, writing skills and comprehension
Focus on customer service
Ability to grasp new work procedures quickly
Ability to solve problems in a fast multi-tasking environment
Ability to retain extensive amount of information
Analytical skills
Computer skills
