QUANTEM AVIATION IS HIRING AN OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
AT SOUTHWEST FLORIDA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (RSW)
PAY: $19.00 | TYPE: Full Time | SHIFT: AM/PM

THE COMPANY:

Quantem Aviation Services offers a full range of high-quality aviation services including ground handling, passenger services, aircraft cleaning, cargo warehousing, cargo aircraft handling, and GSE maintenance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Participate and exchange ideas in meetings and conference calls as required keeping the Operations at your location updated on new developments

Ensure your station is focused on achieving optimal customer service, customer retention and customer relationships to maintain quality of service

Assist the General Manager and/or Operations Manager with station audits, provide information needed for reports, and handle all airline and FAA questions/concerns as required

Actively promote adherence to safety practices and programs and hold site employees accountable for leading safety and compliance in the workplace

Assist in hiring and retaining employees, scheduling, training and time submission of payroll

Administering personnel documents, handling employee issue and submitting required documents to the Corporate Office

Ability to mentor, coach and lead Operations staff for further growth and development
