Looking for a strong customer service-oriented Legal Operations leader who is able to perform a variety of duties including; legal copy, print, handle inbound/outbound mail and shipping. Set up and breakdown conference room setups and minimal local courier needs using his own car/Ricoh package B required.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in the legal industry is strongly preferred. Requires experience in the operation of the most advanced machines, performing complex jobs.
Requires experience in setting goals by defining and prioritizing specific, realistic objectives.
Good organizational skills. Ability to effectively set goals, lead, and train employees.
Good technical skills and the ability to use complex machinery.
COVID - Masks are required, social distancing, a daily self-assessment must be completed.
