You might be the General Office Clerk OfficeTeam is looking for, if you are a highly motivated self-starter who is keen on working in the Manufacturing industry. You might be excited about this essential role if you love organization, order, and people. The General Office Clerk will perform various administrative support tasks, including operating office equipment and completing general clerical work.

Major responsibilities

- Exercise prescribed style and format when drafting correspondence

- Deliver support on diverse employee projects as necessary

- Deliver warm, hospitable customer service accurately according to appropriate time frames

- All tasks related to: word processing, data entry, filing, scanning, faxing, and copying

- Manage telephone calls, including receiving and placing

- Meet customers in a friendly manner

- Supporting front desk and receptionist duties

- Demonstrated ability handling office equipment

- Experience with Word and Excel

- Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds

- Be creative, adaptive, and eager to learn new technical skill sets

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must

- Employer recommends 1 year of Office Clerk experience for this position

- Comprehensive knowledge of Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)

- Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well

- Applicants must apply with a high school diploma or its equivalent
