Baptist Jacksonville is hiring a full-time Nurse Manager for the Adult Surgical Oncology Progressive Care Unit in Jacksonville, Florida. 

This 24 bed unit provides care to post-surgical oncology patients who require advanced care. Someone in this position should have strong leadership skills to help with positive growth while sustaining quality in the unit. The person for this role must be passionate about providing staff members with a healthy and positive employment experience. A nurse manager delegates tasks to a nursing staff, manages and checks the nursing schedule, ensures that all shifts are covered, and conducts assessments and performance reviews, while also tending to patient care and assisting physicians throughout the day.
