A well established facility on Jacksonville's Northside
has been a leading manufacturer of air duct products for the HVAC industry. We manufacture a complete line of residential air duct products and offer a full range of rectangular, round and spiral duct products for commercial construction.
The Estimator will be primarily be responsible for analyzing blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare estimates for products related to sheet metal fabrication of HVAC duct systems.
Responsibilities
A customer oriented individual with excellent oral and written communication skills. Prior experience in a customer service role a plus.Strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under time constraints and strict deadlines.Must be accurate, possess keen attention to detail, and proactive in pointing out potential issues.Skilled in PC usage and associated software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).Ability to read and understand specifications and blueprints a plus.Previous HVAC industry experience is a plus, but not required.Willingness to learn our technical products, how they work as part of a commercial HVAC system, and how to apply them.Must be self-motivated & punctual.Skills
