New Construction Supervisor

Pay rate:  $45,000-$50,000/year 

We''re looking for an experienced New Construction Supervisor to add to our client''s team. This position is responsible for ensuring all job tasks are completed, assisting crews with punch work and inspecting the jobs after they are completed.

You will be responsible for a crew of up to 5-7 employees and you will be required to carry a communication device and respond to calls. You will also need to able to physically lift up to 100 lbs. if needed.

Due to the nature of this position, you must have excellent leadership skills in order to organize and motivate field workers in getting the jobs done correctly and efficiently every day.

You will be required to communicate with customers and employees and complete the assigned work orders using the computerized system through a tablet that the company will provide.

A work vehicle is provided as you will be driving to various job sites from Ocala, The Villages, Leesburg, and Groveland, FL. You also must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Have a background in HVAC or construction experience is a plus!
