Network Engineer - Tampa

Job Description

Our premier healthcare client in Tampa, FL is looking for a Network Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will be joining a dynamic, forward-thinking and driven team, managing critical enterprise-wide network infrastructure initiatives and driving process autonomously, while collaborating closely with the team.

Responsibilities

Documents, implements, monitors, and supports TCP/IP local and wide-area networks

Documents, implements, monitors, and supports enterprise data network, network security, and disaster recovery solutions

Assists to ensure that all provided technology services and solutions meet business needs for reliability, performance, and security

May train entry level personnel in technical complexities of assigned work

Work Experience

3+ years of experience in Information Technology in technical roles Required

Experience with TCP/IP network design. implementation. administration. and support.

Experience with Network security design. implementation. administration. and support.

Experience with Network management and monitoring. (d) remote access and VPN's Required

Preferred Licenses and Certifications

At least one of the following certifications is preferred-more than one standard certification or advanced certification preferred.

Standard: CCNP. CCDP. Cisco Security. Network+. Advanced: CCIE.

Additional: Network/systems design. implementation. or diagnostics. Internet Technologies and Routing.

Firewalls and Network Security. Authentication Security. Remote Access and VPNs. Network Management and Diagnostics Preferred
