    WHO YOU ARE

    As The National Field and Consumer Support Director you are responsible for managing key level managers and their staff whose sole focus is to exceed our customers and consumers expectations with our products and brands

    WHERE YOU WILL WORK

    Based in Orlando and working out of our newly constructed state of the art facility in Lake Nona- Orlando- just a few miles from Orlando International Airport. You will travel about 30% of the time. 

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Obsession with customer delight and continually elevating customer experience standards.
  • Experience developing and implementing servicing processes and systems through diving into detail and making improvements.
  • Manage, motivate and develop a team of frontline managers and employees to increase daily productivity and improve business performance
  • Envision and create the ultimate customer experience immersed within a culture of teamwork, trust, accountability, and integrity.
  • Manage multiple priorities while allocating resources between accounts
  • Establish KPI for the department and individual team members, making sure there is a clear understanding of what it will take to reach those KPI.
  • Hands on manager with strong coaching abilities.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Metrics-focused leader with strong analytical abilities. Passionate about developing Customer Success strategy at scaleHighly collaborativeIndependent thinkerIdentifies specific business needs / inefficiencies in existing processes and can define meaningful changes for the company to improve
  • Acts as the liaison between sales and our retail partners
  • Set productivity and service targets, measure performance to drive accountability
  • Lead district meetings to brief the frontline employees on scheduling and meeting delivery goals

    • Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent degree, Master degree desirable
  • 10+years’ experience customer interface
  • 10+ years’ experience working with stakeholders within a company setting
  • Ability to operate in an ambiguous, rapidly scaling, high-growth environment
  • Strong PC skills including the Microsoft Office Suite; primarily Excel and Word
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing and/or retail processes
  • Ability to maintain a consistently high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to assess multiple tasks and develop a plan to complete them in a logical and efficient manner
  • Ability to successfully mediate conflict between individuals and groups
  • Ability to delegate responsibility and to work with others while coaching them to develop their capabilities
  • Ability to analyze, develop, and propose strategies that will help the organization be more effective, competitive, or otherwise achieve its goals
  • Travel 30%
