responsibilities:

Management:

4 direct reports (managers) Focus for this position setting and implementing strategy managing the team

Preferred experience:

Mix of B2B and B2C background preferable; B2B is the must have Industry background in industrial, MRO, marine, power generation Background with companies like Wartsila, Woodward, GE, etc.

General:

relocation assistance is available if needed possible initial remote arrangement if non-local candidate Experience with private equity and acquisitions would be ideal ...

Background and other stuff:

- B.S./B.A. in Business Administration, Engineering, or related

- 5+ years of management experience

- MS office word, excel and excellent PowerPoint skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation:

- $120K - $130K+ DOE, potential 20% discretionary bonus

- Excellent benefits

- Possible relo assist if needed
