POSITION SUMMARY:

Provides care for patients requiring MRI procedures.  Performs all duties directly involved withprocedures utilizing MRI for diagnostic procedures.  Operates equipment setting appropriatetechnical factors to produce diagnostic quality images according to radiologypractice standards, and relay images along with pertinent clinical informationto the physician for interpretation. Assists with inventory management and patient scheduling.  Takes backup call as assigned to provideafter-hours high volume coverage.
