The Property:
The client we are working for is a boutique motel located in the beautiful north coast. The property is a small motel with around 15 rooms with no food or bevarage service to manage. They are looking to add to their small team with a talented management couple to take on management of all operations of an awesome, centrally located property that is close to the beach and has a great reputation.
About The Role:
As our Property Manager/s you will live on-site and work full time managing all aspects of the on-site operation including:
* Reception and Front of House
* Guest experience and satisfaction
* Housekeeping & property maintenance
* Staff supervision and rosters
* Back office operations and management reporting
You:
Ideally you would have at least 3-5 years' experience in a similar role and would have:
Leadership experience with the ability to manage a team of staff High energy with a desire to be 'hands-on' Commitment to succeeding with a positive attitude and keenness to take on new challenges A keen eye for detail - meticulous when it comes to clean, neat and tidy! Excellent customer service, communication and relationship-building skills Experience with Microsoft Office and reservations systems Ability to manage rate setting, booking channels and third party rates Marketing and promotional experience is a plus General reception and administrative experience as well as the capacity to undertake general maintenance tasks as required.
