We are looking for entrepreneurial spirits to join our monetization strategy team. You will have a ground floor opportunity to shape monetization efforts in North America. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional leaders to assess performance and plan for the future. In this role, you will: - Assist in the development and planning of monetization strategy through analysis and research- Partner closely with leadership to drive high impact projects- Own performance analysis, reporting and drive business review cadences- Set and manage performance goals for the monetization team- Manage key initiatives on a project basis, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in the US, Beijing HQ and other international markets- Develop and optimize monetization processes and policies as the team scalesQualificationsWhat you’ll need:- 7+ years of investment banking, consulting, sales strategy, product strategy or related analytical experiences. High growth tech start-up experience and advertising experience preferred- Exceptional data analytics skills. Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools such as tableau preferred- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Mandarin proficiency a plus.- Skilled project manager. High EQ team-player with ability to manage expectations across time-zones and cultures - Self-motivation, comfort with ambiguity and cross-cultural environment, adaptability to change, roll-up-the-sleeves attitude and other helpful qualities for a high-growth environment-Fluency in English and Spanish is a must TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
