Job Summary:

System Soft Technologies is seeking an innovative Web application developer with proven experience in Microsoft .Net Stack & Azure. In this role, you will Design, Develop, and help deliver Applications to the client requirements.  You will also be involved in developing and testing the Data Structures, User Interface, and Application Flow to meet the defined user requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Data Modeling and development of complex and scalable Web Applications and Application features in MS .Net stack with Agile delivery mode. 
• Design and develop Web APIs based on Restful architecture. Build SOAP and REST based services to expose business functionality for consumption by various clients.
• Design and develop solutions in Micro-Service oriented architecture to be used and deployed on the cloud using DevOps.
• Develop reports using SSRS, leveraging SSIS for Analytics.
• Tune the Application to improve overall response time and resource utilization.
• Create solution specification documentation that consists of the high- and low-level flow of the application processes.
• Determine operational feasibility by evaluating the Analysis, Problem Definition, Requirements, Solution Development, and Proposed Solutions.
• Perform Gap Analysis between the existing systems and business requirements.
• Estimate the effort required for the solutions using Use Case Points techniques and best practices.
• Decompose complex solutions into simple achievable modules and direct the team to meet the overall business objectives.
• Create technical specification documents for a given functional requirement.
• Contribute to architecting Data Models based on the requirements, including Normalization, Creating Indexes and Partitioning.
• Review solutions for their adherence to the defined Architecture Principles.
• Review development output for accuracy and functionality.
• Interface between the Development and Testing team to ensure quick turnaround time for defect life cycle.
• Define and execute deployment and integration strategy for solutions.
• Prepare the deliverables for each phase of the project as per project plan.
• Provide quick and robust solutions for production issues.
• Help train the Junior Developers on the team.
• Create and implement Design Plans.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and technology developments.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related.
• Strong Knowledge and 4-6 years of experience in developing applications on Microsoft .Net platform using .Net Framework, .Net Core, C#, VB.Net, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular JS / React JS, Bootstrap, SQL Server, and Azure.
• Strong logical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Visual Studio and TFS/Azure DevOps or other source control management tools.
• Expert knowledge of building Web Parts, Web Forms, Apps, Page Layouts and Content Types using the O365 API.
• Experience using JavaScript, jQuery, Web services, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience with various Design Frameworks.
• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Analysis Services, and/or SQL Server Integration Services considered a plus.
• Should have excellent verbal and written Communication Skills and be able to work with associates at all levels within the organization.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Listening Skills.
• Ability to be self-directed and a self-starter.
