  • Job Description Summary:
    Own the plan and delivery of Mexico Consumer programs through the merchant and partner networks.
    Job Description:
    Key Responsabilities:

    •Own, plan and execute end to end in consumer country marketing campaigns asociated to strategic global, regional, local merchants and bank partners.
    •Clearly articulate value proposition and key messaging
    •Construct and articulate the business cases needed to foresee the upcoming business impact and envision the KPIs outcome for specific campaign.
    •Collaborate to operationalize campaign reporting and the associated impact, summarizing results effectively and share accordingly to key internal or merchant / partner stakeholders partnering with marketing analytics.
    •Drive the localization process between the International team and in market execution
    •Partner with local sales as the main liaison to communicate, enforce and manage new intake to consumer marketing plan on a continuous basis. (e.g. promotions, Live To Site from new merchants)
    •Partner with local sales to participate and present at key Quarterly Business Reviews with key merchants and partners.
    •Partner with global partnership marketing team where appropriate to drive and operate local campaigns based on key global account partners.
    •Manage and monitor budget in relation to campaign
    •Manage agency relationship and communication in relation to campaign

    KPI's:
    •Delivery of marketing campaigns in partnership with local Geo teams
    •Help meet consumer actions targets driven by Marketing
    •Drive incremental NNA & TPA, and CV per customer-driven by Marketing
    •Stakeholder NPS
    •Timely and quality delivery of key program and team responsibilities
    •Team compliance with OPEX, and Marketing Operations processes
    •Quality and timeliness of communications

    Key Skills / Experience:

    •5+ years marketing experience minimum.
    •Experience in planning, execution and continuous improvement of marketing campaigns to drive ongoing positive results in key consumer KPIs.
    •Proven track of record on delivering on time and in line with budget allocated.
    •Complete awareness of competing products in the market.
    •Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple activities simultaneously
    •Results oriented, with a strong focus for execution and commitment to meeting targets
    •Project management skills
    •Highly analytical
    •Self-starter with plenty of initiative and drive.
    •Ability to manage own time and workload
    • High-level proficiency in online and social media
