Medical Records Retrieval Specialist - Panama City

Daily Responsibilities of a Medical Records Retrieval Specialist:

• Associate will be visiting doctors’ offices; retrieving medical records via Electronic Medical Record systems or pulling paper records; will need to be willing to use their personal cell without reimbursement; will need reliable transportation.
• If not traveling out to clinics, may be assisting the office with calling medical offices for records, researching claims information etc. Candidate must have excellent communication skills.

Requirements of a Medical Records Retrieval Specialist:

• HS Diploma or Equivalent
• Knowledge of MS Applications (Excel + Word)
• Experience with medical records
• EMR Experience
• Reliable transportation

Hours for this Position as a Medical Records Retrieval Specialist:

• Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, up to 40 hours
• Pay: $17 per hour
