Secret Suitability:No Suitability Required Public Trust/Other Required: Job Family:Supply Chain Job Description:Primary Responsibilities Materials Recording Clerk: In coordination with the Inventory Analyst, provides the documenting and coordination of warehouse transactions as each transaction occurs in a log format as dictated by the Warehouse Operations, Transportation, and Asset Management Plan. Responsible to ensure the completion of proper packaging for each shipment and shipping documentation specific to each outgoing transaction prior to shipment, to include CCI shipping requirements. Coordinates all transactions including interfacing with diplomatic channels to verify shipment location and specific requirements, and requests security escort of shipments when required. Desired Certifications/Experience: - GCCS-Army Certification(s) (GTRAC) - DOD logistics, Army preferred - DLA equipment disposition - PBO equipment accountability regulations - Military and commercial shipping expertise - Department of State transportation and shipment regulations Education Requirements: BA/BS with 2 – 5 Years’ experience in military logistics shipping and transportation, and logistics record management. Additional experience in lieu of formal education will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
