Haskell is seeking a Marketing Specialist II to join our team in the Jacksonville office!
The Marketing Specialist will coordinate and organize marketing activities, resources, and schedules for the accomplishment of proposal production, public relations/advertising, and marketing/sales objectives of the business unit - Consumer Packaged Goods.

The Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Group at Haskell supports core markets throughout the United States, as well as Mexico and the Asia Pacific Region. Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the production of qualifications, proposals, presentations, award submittals, and other marketing assignments:
    • Review RFP/RFQ and client’s needs
    • Compose an outline of criteria/responsibilities
    • Assign responsibilities/monitor deadlines
    • Produce proposal content which best meets the client’s criteria
    • Write/edit proposal sections
    • Lead kickoff and quality review meetings
  • Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns including:
    • Collecting and analyzing relevant market data
    • Assembling detailed data reports on specific market verticals and clients across multiple industries
    • Utilizing market data to create and disseminate targeted messaging across multiple platforms.
    • Keyword research and analysis, developing content, developing landing pages and tracking click-thru rates, conversion rates and overall ROI
  • Coordinate the design/editing of business development documents and participate in developing the marketing strategy.
  • Coordinate the collection, organization, and maintenance of marketing/business development information, resources, files, and schedules.
  • Coordinate public relations, advertising, and other outside events (i.e. tradeshows) as required, which may require some travel.
  • Track and maintain internal group database of project descriptions, resumes, sub-consultants, contacts, standard content, etc.
  • Coordinate divisional content for the website.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, Business Administration, or technical field
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience, with experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry preferred

  Specific Knowledge, Skills, License, Certifications, Etc.:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. InDesign)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Organizational and time management skills, multi-tasking and prioritizing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong editing capabilities
  • Extremely detail-oriented and acute attention to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Understanding of marketing and business development principles
