Description

Production Supervisor in stamping press area. Lead union associates to achieve the daily objectives and goals. Coordinate and control the production areas in charge. Human resources administration. Knowledge in Manufacturing Process and computer packages such as Oracle and Microsoft. Usage of 5's 1 Tools.

Responsibilities
  • Organize direct labor according with the customer requirements
  • Continuous meet the daily goals, Safety, Quality (PPM's), Productivity, Scrap and 5's 
  • Keep daily attendance records and overtime administration
  • Performance evaluation for all employees on charge
  • Perform daily reports 
  • Schedule Preventive Maintenance task to set up employees 
  • Lead corrective actions in TRESS and Velocity


Requirements




Bachelor Degree in Administration or Mechanical Engineer
