Sales Rep is responsible for the relationship of current customers and generating new leads through prospecting new accounts to meet sales goals. Engaging with customers to satisfy their financial and operational needs around their fleets. In partnership with internal customer teams they are responsible for continuously identifying cost savings projects, growth opportunities and enhance performance that are in line with client practices and objectives A Day in the Life (job responsibilities) Strong advise on products & services for trucks. Knowledge on lease, fees, terms and alternatives of financing for customers when needed. Continue to build and strengthen customer relationships, with specific emphasis on mapping key decision makers and designing plans on how we will access them. Generate new business opportunities with prospects. Identify needs and develop proposals with Elements value added services. Coordinate end to end sales process for new customer on boarding (this will include risk under writing process, customer visits, contract negotiation and implementation process) Accountable for the overall relationship management of assigned clients. Primary point of contact. Coordinate internal areas in order to meet day to day or new requirements. Meet clients to maintain and growth business relationship. Oversee line renewals and legal changes. New products & services introduction with existing clients to enhance profitability. Presentation of new products to prospects and clients once rolled out. Responsible for the development, planning and execution of a strategic account plan. Including coordinating with strategic consulting projects and business reviews Identify and articulate best practices within the industry. Demonstrated analytical ability, critical reasoning and strategic thinking in order to generate loyalty with customers. We need from you: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Communication or related degrees. Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions. Advanced English. Availability to travel 25% of the time, depending on where your customers are located. Ability to work with different accounts and give them growth. Availability to learn and be able to adapt to a dynamic and changing environment Strong communication skills (oral and written) and relationship building skills. World-class trading skills with a proven track record of success. Strong customer focus with higher levels of customer satisfaction.
