Job Title Manager, Finance Business Partner – Caribbean JOB DESCRIPTION Manager, Finance Business Partner – Caribbean Major Accountabilities: • First point of contact for Accounting and Reporting matters for the business unit • Ensure accurate and timely period closing & reporting to LAC RHQ • Ensure accurate preparation of journal entries through proper supervision of Deloitte • Provide analytical review of the business unit financial statements • Analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of operating expenses • Safeguard company assets with prudent balance sheet management/account reconciliations • Produce accurate quarterly forecasts for business unit Revenues, Incentives, and Operating Expenses • Work with Sales managers to produce accurate quarterly Customer level forecasts • Satisfy all local, legal, tax, and corporate requirements • Establish a strong internal control environment • Have a positive influence/ impact on region personnel, and is viewed as a leader within the group • Foster cooperation and teamwork among team members Experience/Education: Several years experience in international accounting and controllership. Big Accounting Firm preferred. Experience in the bankcard/payment industry a plus. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Bilingual: English/Spanish Competencies: • Have a strong understanding of accounting principles (US GAAP), SEC reporting, Sarbanes Oxley, and accounting systems (Oracle preferred) • Candidate should be able to demonstrate a level of business acumen and thought leadership that delivers customer focused, solutions oriented results • Strong Interpersonal skills.
