  • Job Description Summary:
    Responsible for the development and execution of Enterprise segment Marketing Programs and calendar across the Mexico portfolio, one of our fastest growing International markets. Operationalizing our enterprise support function to identify, enrich, qualify and nurture enterprise prospects through data, digital, tech and account based marketing opportunities.
    Job Description:
    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead the local partnership with sales to establish best in class practice around enterprise lead generation operations, from aligning with sales strategy, through to reporting and tracking. • Continuously monitor the sales pipeline to understand lead volume, enrichment, and revenue needs • Key partner to local database marketing team in providing briefs that inform scope - identifying, enriching and qualifying lead lists to be passed to sales. • Local oversight and knowledge sharing between capabilities and data quality, to ensure optimal path to qualified leads is achieved leveraging both global and local capabilities. • Educate and drive local adoption of standardized intl processes and structure, ensure best practice and streamlining operating cadences. Highlight market nuances and propose alternative solutions. • Partnering with local sales to ensure transparency in process, handoffs and expectations are aligned. • Lead local efforts to deliver against merchant targets, provide local insight on the addressable audience and target penetration across portfolio, as well as identify areas of opportunity to increase results • Ensure alignment & presentment of value proposition and key messaging in a locally relevant way • Own and oversee adaptation of lead warming activities & local account based marketing tactics • Partner with insights and analytics to identify new opportunities and to inform marketing plans KPIs • # Marketing Qualified Leads • # Sales Qualified Opportunities • Avg deal size growth • Sales cycle acceleration • Contribution to pipeline • Contribution to revenue • ROI of all marketing spend • Coverage and Engagement in all target accounts KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • 5+ years B2B strategic marketing expert with merchant payments experience. • Demonstrated excellence in lead generation playbooks, leveraging marketing technology & integrated marketing campaigns. • Experience working in Mexico and LATAM markets, strong partnership with sales and ideally enterprise sales • Hands on strong executor who's comfortable playing an individual contributor role. • Deliver on time and in line with budget allocated • Highly proficient in establishing processes and operational excellence & balance workstreams. • Work with partners and analytics to track campaign effectiveness. • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment, embracing change & delivering strong business outcomes.
