Maintenance Service Coordinator Jacksonville, FL Up to $25 an hour Contractor Position with a chance of going Direct Immediate Hire Kelly Services is looking for a Maintenance Service Coordinator for a position in the Jacksonville area. The right person will have experience with Customer Service, Knowledge of maintenance/electrical and computer skills (excel/word etc.) Responsibilities include: but are not limited to: Fielding phone calls, monitoring and scheduling project updates Supporting field team members, assisting with vendor partner management, organizing and participating in meetings Maintain and monitor ongoing maintenance service activities to show project progresses Determine project changes Assess project risks and issues Must Have Three (3) years of experience in related field or similar role Prior work experience in an office environment required Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures Competent time and project management skills with visual and presentation skills Exceptional interpersonal skills, business acumen, and exemplary work ethics with confidence in interacting with members at all levels If you are interested please send your resume to Kristie at krih962@kellyservices.com Why Kelly ® ?
