Lee Health is seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon with fellowship training in Foot and Ankle Surgery!
Gulf Coast Medical Center is a 624 bed acute care facility that is centrally located in Fort Myers FL. Gulf Coast Medical Center houses the Neuroscience Institute, orthopedic services, and general surgery. The hospital offers 24/7 access to emergency care and minimally invasive catheter procedures to treat stroke, as well as a dedicated neuroscience intensive care unit.

The organization has four acute care hospitals and two specialty hospitals that together house 1,812 hospital beds.

Position Information:

LPG Orthopedics is seeking a full time physician board eligible/certified in orthopedic surgery to join their busy 2 physician and 3 advanced provider practice. The practice has two outpatient offices located at the Sanctuary and Coconut Point and perform surgeries at Gulf Coast Medical Center, Sanctuary Surgery Center and Coconut Point Surgery Center. Candidates for this position will be fellowship trained in foot and ankle surgery and interested in caring for foot and ankle trauma, arthritic concerns, degenerative issues and some general orthopedics. Call coverage for this position will be 2 nights per month general orthopedic ER call and 1:4 weekend office call.
