LPG Hospitalist/Nocturnist - Fort Myers

Lee Physician Group with offices located throughout Lee County, including Fort Myers, Cape Coral and Bonita Springs. If you want to work in a collaborative, progressive practice that allows you to provide the best patient care, this job may be for you. We are currently seeking a Hospitalist and Nocturnist who have a passion for medicine to join our multispecialty physician group. We have access to leading edge equipment and technology connectivity with hospitals and outpatient center through EPIC. This is a team oriented group that looks to provide high quality medicine while supporting the needs of their patient and co-workers. Work Schedule: 12 hour shifts; 15 shifts per month; 7 on 7 off.

Opportunity for leadership skillset- Liaison in the design and implementation of approved strategies and tactics to improve and streamline patient care within the adult specialty division. Interest in leading physicians in a dyad model partnership with an operational system director. Interested in leading change, advancing patient care through the use of digital tools, and acting as a disruptor to traditional models of care delivery.
