Logistics Analyst - Boca Raton

Robert Half Finance and Accounting has partnered with publicly traded, organically growing and fast paced company here in the local area! This a new position due to growth and are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to help the Logistics and Supply Chain team reach goals! Must be comfortable and ability to work in a fast-paced high demand environment where work and order volumes can fluctuate. Tackling day to day with exceptional customer service, strong written and verbal communication, and ownership of the role.

The job responsibilities include:

•Support Logistics Team with all needed customer service & administrative needs
•Specific Customer Account Management
oFollowing up with Customer & Sales Account Manager emails and phone calls
oEnsure all customers receive their shipping and requested shipping documents in a timely manner
•Assist in department reporting needs & data entry
oTracking customer shipments and report ETA to sales and customers
•Handle Sample Request Follow-Up
•Support Supply Chain & Logistics Manager
•Various reporting and clerical duties related to supporting the Operations Department

Requirements Include:

•Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Word)
•Expertise with enterprise accounting software (ERP)
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Minimum of 2 years of experience
•Logistics & Operations experience is a plus
