EXCITING OPPORTUNITY with growing boutique Aventura law firm! Law firm is seeking a litigation legal assistant or paralegal with 3+ years experience to work with busy team. This litigation assistant or paralegal will be responsible for drafting correspondence; e-filing; managing the electronic document management system; calendaring; scheduling and basic paralegal duties. •3+ year of litigation assistant or paralegal experience in Florida law firm setting
•Proficient in Microsoft Office; CM/ECF filing procedures; and State and Federal Court Rules.
•Hours are 9-5 pm in the office every day
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Great attitude and wants to be part of a team
