What We Need We are looking for a Licensing Associate – Re-Registration, who will play a critical part in engineering top-notch products and services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization. Are you: Goal oriented and have a strong sense of responsibility? Organized and structured in your work? As the Licensing Associate – Re-Registration, you will contribute to the responsibility of keeping all client vehicles legal and on the road by renewing registrations for vehicles. Additionally, you will pull reports for upcoming renewals, follow up with agents to keep timelines set, counsel vendors on expectations, and control processes to make sure client expectations are being met. A Day in the Life Manage and follow-up on open renewals/ transactions to ensure completion prior to expiration for assigned state portfolio Complete research and solve issues that impact vehicle registration Communicate effectively with clients, drivers, suppliers, and internal partners to ensure completion of renewals Complete requests for duplicate registrations, corrected registrations, and replacement plates Update the re-registration system with accurate, status information within 24 hours Maintain, update, and follow Re-registration processing procedures Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in an Administrative Area MS Office experience Ability to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks Detail oriented Ability to work independently and function within a team environment Demonstrates initiative and problem-solving abilities Excellent customer service skills Advance English Level (Written and Verbal) What’s in it for You • A culture of innovation, empowerment, decision-making, and accountability • Comprehensive health and welfare benefits that serve the needs of you and your family and foster a culture of wellness • Additional benefits and amenities, including paid time-off programs (vacation, sick leave, and holidays) • Flexible work environments Candidates must be willing to comply with a pre-employment background check.
