Legal Knowledge Management Analyst Permanent Full-Time New Providence, NJ or Home-Based XpertHR is looking for a tech-minded legal professional to assist with the development and implementation of content on an AI-powered solution for human resource and people professionals. This person will be an integral component to the team, helping to support the process and scope of our product’s knowledge. You will be part of XpertHR’s award-winning content team, but will work cross-functionally with the product, tech and design teams. This position will act as a subject matter expert, assisting to help develop and implement new product offerings and provide ongoing support to those offerings. Job Responsibilities Gather, review and curate content for our AI algorithms and models Work with product and tech squads to ensure product goals are met and to identify and resolve gaps of knowledge Evaluate results of AI-derived processes to train and hone efficacy and accuracy of algorithms and recommend resolutions to product and tech teams Tag content with appropriate metadata to help inform and enable tech processing Document work in line with change management procedures Organize and classify our knowledgebase to ensure it is effective for our users Identify, manage and structure taxonomies Collaborate with the UX team on content organization, navigation, site maps and information design Offer a content strategy perspective throughout the product development process, influencing strategic decisions across product to improve the overall experience and ensure consistency Utilize keen legal knowledge and close attention to detail to identify risks and accuracies of legal tech solutions. Working with product and technology teams, build scalable information tagging and processing and QA/QC systems and processes to take a new product to market stability and strength. About You J.D., Senior Level HR Certification (e.g. SPHR or SHRM-SCP), or equivalent degree or practical experience preferred B2B editorial experience at a product-driven company with a global base preferred Strong ability to process large and complex text-based and legal-based information Experience supporting new product development from concept to go-to-market Strong ability to analyze complex problems within applications and the ability to work with other areas to isolate and resolve the problems to avoid future occurrences Strong proofreading, editing, and writing skills with ability to understand and edit content about complex workforce issues clearly and simply. Keen understanding of information tagging, enrichment and back end systems; and ability to understand benefits and risks of tech-enabled information solutions Very close attention to detail and accuracy Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills to track productivity and ensure that content plan milestones are met Ability to constantly collaborate with and support cross-functional team members in a matrix workplace, leading small groups when necessary Ability to work with content management systems to upload, edit and manage online content Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Ability to achieve consistency by following, maintaining, and evolving content standards Entrepreneurial spirit, with a willingness and ability to build new processes and systems from scratch, to scalable, reliable solutions.
