The PMO Project Lead is responsible of coordinating multifunctional internal and external project teams throughout a project’s life cycle being a key player for the business preventing roadblocks and assuring the completion of the scope on time and budget. The PMO Project Lead is a creative thinker with a highly analytical capacity and a strong leader that creates connections within the organization being and effective communicator. Responsibilities: Manage IT projects since the scope definition during all the phases to the closing and handover Make sure the project’s planning documentation is complete and in compliance with the PMO Manage project’s execution in scope, budget, and time Is accountable to design and manage the project’s communication plan Responsible to identify and prevent risks to impact the project’s execution Being a key player to the business during the postimplementation of a project for support Communicate the project’s status according to the PMO process Coordinate multifunctional teams to guarantee the execution of the tasks, removing stoppers to the project Work side by side with the business leaders in the identification and definition of new initiatives Qualifications —Education and Experience Engineering or finance degree Advanced English + 5 years of Project Management experience + 2 years Finance projects experience Soft skills to motivate people and navigate complex projects Experience with Microsoft project and Jira (Ideal) —Knowledge and Competencies Project Management Leadership and team building skills Familiarity with Project Management best practices and disciplines Negotiation skills Self-motivated, attention to details, ability to rapidly prioritize and able to work in a fast-paced environment Teamwork Communication Organized Problem Solving Decision Making Self Management What’s in it for You • A culture of innovation, empowerment, decision-making, and accountability • Comprehensive health and welfare benefits that serve the needs of you and your family and foster a culture of wellness • Additional benefits and amenities, including paid time-off programs (vacation, sick leave, and holidays) • Flexible work environments Candidates must be willing to comply with a pre-employment background check.
