IT Help Desk Representative - Mulberry

Are you an IT professional looking to take the next step in your career? We have a new and exciting opportunity to work as a Help Desk Representative for one of our enterprise level clients in Mulberry! 

Help Desk Rep Responsibilities:  

• Will work over the phone in a call center/office environment.
• Candidates will be on the phone w/ employees and management. 
• Handle tier 1 issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
• Troubleshoot office systems, desktops, and Point of Sale systems in both Linux and Microsoft environments.
• Respond to application support calls 

Help Desk Rep Preferred Background/Experience:

• 1+ year applicable experience in a Help Desk
• Ability to provide support for software applications across a variety of systems on a diverse selection of equipment 
• Experience with Active Directory 
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, Linux based Open Office applications, command line experience with UNIX or Linux operating systems.
• Good PC hardware skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Must be available to work any of the shifts listed below:

• Monday - Friday, 8 am-5 pm and 11 am-8 pm 
• Saturday - 9 am -6 pm and 10 am -7 pm 
• Sunday - 11 am-6 pm 
• Weekends rotate on the schedule.
