Are you an IT professional looking to take the next step in your career? We have a new and exciting opportunity to work as a Help Desk Representative for one of our enterprise level clients in Mulberry!
Help Desk Rep Responsibilities:
- Will work over the phone in a call center/office environment.
- Candidates will be on the phone w/ employees and management.
- Handle tier 1 issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
- Troubleshoot office systems, desktops, and Point of Sale systems in both Linux and Microsoft environments.
- Respond to application support calls
Help Desk Rep Preferred Background/Experience:
- 1+ year applicable experience in a Help Desk
- Ability to provide support for software applications across a variety of systems on a diverse selection of equipment
- Experience with Active Directory
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, Linux based Open Office applications, command line experience with UNIX or Linux operating systems.
- Good PC hardware skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
Must be available to work any of the shifts listed below:
- Monday - Friday, 8 am-5 pm and 11 am-8 pm
- Saturday - 9 am -6 pm and 10 am -7 pm
- Sunday - 11 am-6 pm
- Weekends rotate on the schedule.
