Proactively work with marketing on lead generation and develop a strong network of new healthcare clients in Florida.
Responsible for continuous management and development of key clients.
Strategic preparation and participation in successful proposals, client interviews and knowledge pieces.
Provide interior design leadership in a team environment, including design and documentation of projects.
Responsible for the utilization and mentoring of staff system wide to successfully execute projects.
Responsible for organization of the project team so all project and client goals will be completed on schedule, within budget and consistent with Flad’s quality standards.
Develop overall project budgets including construction, furniture, consultants, and other costs as it relates to the client’s overall project goals.
Bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture required.
Nine or more year’s relevant experience in an architecture or interior design firm required.
NCIDQ certification required.
State registration required.
LEED AP preferred.
