A firm in Orlando is seeking a legal assistant to join a fast pace/high volume insurance defense practice .MUST have insurance defense experience and if you have motor vehicle, personal injury (on the DEFENSE side) or premises liability that would be great. This could be temp to perm but for sure temp as soon as possible.
The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

REQUIREMENTS:
*A minimum of 2 years’ experience scheduling hearings, depositions and mediations for attorneys
*Knowledge of the tri-county online scheduling court system and e-portal filing system
*Ability to multi-task with a high level of organizational skills
*Possess a high level of accuracy with attention to detail
*Ability to perform in a fast paced work environment
