Inside Sales Rep Needed! (Remote Position)

Employment type: Full time
Location: Remote Position
Pay: $15 per hour with weekly pay plus commissions
Hours: Full Time

Develops strong working relationships with potential client.

Takes initiatives in customer satisfaction via process improvement plans and efficient reporting and flow of information.

Serves as primary point of contact for external customers to resolve outstanding issues, comply with customer requests, and respond to client inquiries

Answers customer inquiries, primarily over the telephone, e-mail, video conference

Provides support in research and resolution of inquiries.

Interfaces with clients to determine present and future needs and discusses progress toward solutions

Approaches potential customers to establish strong relationships

Maintain database regarding status and detail on potential candidates.

Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

Must have 1-3 years of Customer Service/Sales

Have a great phone presence and phone etiquette

Must be willing to learn and adapt to work in a team or individually
