Project Management Implementation contributes to client satisfaction by effectively driving the implementation of new clients / programs, setting appropriate expectations, and delivering agreed results on time and without service interruption. This position leads new business implementations and requests support to different areas as needed. The Project Manager demonstrates the initiative to ensure the success of the cross-functional team in onboarding the client. And provides clear direction to members of the cross-functional implementation project team; validate task completion with cross-functional team members. Main responsibilities: Work with key internal areas and with clients to prepare a strategy for each entry of new clients. Identify risks and special and critical requirements in each implementation Monitor the execution of the implementation plan. Adjust the implementation strategy / approach based on the observed results; identify cross-functional process links and facilitate coordination and improvements Ensure compliance with the implementation deliverables, standard operating procedures, business practices, compliance and / or regulatory requirements according to the contract Carry out monitoring and validation for the execution of tasks; troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure timely execution Participate in the prospecting and sales cycle (visits, proposals, presentations); guiding the client in products, services and processes Record implementation progress and provide proactive reports to internal and external stakeholders, documentation of the different work sessions in progress Serve as 'voice of the customer' for product management, operations, sales, market intelligence and proposal teams Lead or participate as a subject matter expert in multifunctional projects as requested by the company. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in the administrative and / or financial branch Experience in the leasing industry, specifically in financial services, operations, or desired customer service. Experience in project management (+2 yrs) Demonstrated change management experience, managing work teams and / or conducting cross-functional activities. Requires travel = 25-35% Skills Leadership skills of strong people: coaching, team building, management through change, facilitation and influence, relationship building Project leadership skills: requirements gathering, communication management, risk management, problem solving, scope management, and resource management. Ability to maintain a solution-oriented approach throughout the implementation cycle; focused on process improvement.
