Purpose:

As a Human Resource Generalist, you will develop, drive, manage, coordinate, and administer a variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR functions as compensation and benefits, recruitment, training, organization development, business HR needs and HR programs according to the areas of responsibilities.

Major Activities:

•To provide expert advice, guidance and coaching to line manager and ensure quality delivery of activities within their area of expertise or across several areas of expertise

•Provides support to employees within Local Organization.

•In conjunction with HRBP and/or Managers you will develop, manage and/or administer the organization’s health & welfare benefits, compensation, training, talent development, and employee relations programs.

•Manages the delivery of complex and specialists' activities within HR Services focused within own area of expertise.

•Manage key position recruiting if necessary: clarify job description, define and execute sourcing method, perform pre-selection, conduct interviews together with the manager and influence the final decision.

•Advise and train leaders regarding performance management, identification and development of high potentials, and creation of development and/or training plans.

•Ensure compliance with both legal requirements and our corporate values, coordinating with the local works councils where applicable on matters of employment law and individual law in coordination with local management

•Support managers with programs related to HR, according to the area needs such as: leaders' development

•To coach managers in order to develop their capability and confidence in managing people and employment issues

•Support HRBP and managers to evaluate compensation levels of individuals and create proposals for salary changes as necessary.

•Responsible for using judgment and discretion to interpret policies and procedures and apply them appropriately for the situation

•In some cases, will be responsible for providing support across several specialist service areas.

•Where required to manage the HRBP as a key stakeholder to keep them informed of risks or challenges in their business areas

•Ensure data quality of processes in Workday supporting Managers and Employees

•To understand and adapt to the risks involved cases and manage I escalate to stakeholders, as necessary.

Profile :

University degree or equivalent experience within relevant function

Minimum 3 years of experience working in HR generalist or specialist roles providing services to Line Manager

Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
