Strong communication skills, tech acumen, and the ability to communicate with type-A executives are required. Great work life balance, starting with a 32hr. work week which will ramp up as the market continues to stabilize. This role is office based in Fort Lauderdale and will offer telecommuting options AFTER an initial 90-day evaluation. Responsibilities:
Engage, on-board, and facilitate training for new employees Process new hire background checks & chemical screening Administer Cultural Preference Indicator and skills assessments Accurately maintain employee files per the most up to date employment laws and compliance standards Champion company culture, values, and policies Provide management with requested reports and documents Coordinate events focused on employee recognition Act as liaison with outside recruiting firms Phone screen, schedule, and debrief with internal candidates Manage internal ATS and candidate database Qualifications: Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with all employees Strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field
