Human Profiler is a Human Resources Consulting company, specialized in IT Outsourcing and recruitment and selection of qualified profiles, acting with total flexibility and adaptation to the needs of our customers.

Our client is looking for a GIS Senior Consultant (m/f), for Luxembourg. It can be remote during the COVID period.

Required Profile:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with a specialisation in Geographical Information Science;

Minimum 9 years of relevant studies and experience after secondary school;

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in professional application of GIS, geographical data processing, spatial analysis;

Minimum 3 years of experience with GIS tools and technologies relevant for the tasks;

Experience with geographical data quality concepts (level of detail, scale, topological consistency, timeliness, etc.);

Experience with geographical data transformation methods (Automated generalization and Edge matching);

Experience with GIS Software (GDAL, FME, PostGIS, ArcGIS and QGIS);

Experience with GIS data manipulation and transformation scripting libraries (Java, Python, Shapely, ArcPy);

Knowledge of Git;

Knowledge of GIS metadata standards;

Ability to work in English (Fluent).
