Funds Transfer Pricing Director - Jacksonville

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) Director has the primary responsibility for managing the FTP models, framework and processes. Additionally, this position coordinates with finance, analytics and other teams within Treasury to aid in explaining components of FTP thereby facilitating appropriate business incentives and profitability measurement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage ongoing maintenance and development of FTP methods for both existing and new businesses/products
  
• Provide leadership in developing or enhancing elements of FTP in coordination with other teams: Interest Rate Risk, Funding, Liquidity and Bank Analytics
  
• Oversee FTP governance and communication with business, finance, and risk partners
  
• Manage FTP models and framework in QRM
  
• Manage production and analysis of FTP reporting in coordination with data governance teams. Conducts mismatch analysis
  
• Collaborate with Finance partners to support profitability reporting
  
• Assist businesses and finance in forecasting FTP and explaining FTP drivers
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

• 5+ years' experience working in the financial services industry
• 2+ years of familiarity with Funds Transfer Pricing or Asset Liability Management

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree
  
• Experience working in Finance, Treasury or similar function
  
• Asset / Liability experience
  
• Prior experience with QRM
  
• CFA / FRM designation
  
• Knowledge of Tableau, SQL
  
• Knowledge of financial reporting platforms such as TM1
  
• Three years' experience with Funds Transfer Pricing
