Full-time Bookkeeper - Gulf Breeze

Job Summary: Local CPA firm is in need of a Bookkeeper/Accountant. This person will be responsible for  generating financial reports, will be handling month end closing and year-end tax closings, preparing W2s and 1099s, preparing payroll and sales/use tax returns – monthly and quarterly, processing payroll tax returns though various state programs, process sales transactions, record vendor payments, create sales tax workpapers, handle monthly bank and credit card reconciliation, create new companies in QuickBooks, process accounts payable/receivables, record fixed assets and more.

Location: Gulf Breeze, FL

Position Type: Evaluation Hire

Pay: up to $22.50, DOE

Schedule:  Monday – Friday; 8AM – 5PM

Qualifications:

• Must have QuickBooks experience
