What We Need We are looking for a Fleet Partner Solution that will be part of a multifunctional team, responsible for the resolution of any operational requirement of the Client. Are you: Goal oriented, with a great sense of responsibility? Striving to give the best service to your customers? As the Fleet Partner Solution, you will be proposing improvements in processes aligned with Compliance and Client Policies, ensuring a sustainable operational performance and action plans when required. A Day in the Life Management of the Complete Product from an Operations perspective to solve any requirement of Semi-strategic clients (managed through Fleet Managers) assigned to their Portfolio with an extraordinary Follow-up. Creation, analysis, and presentation of Operational reports with performance metrics of clients (monthly). Resolution and Escalation in time and form (with the Operations and / or Commercial area) of any situation that compromises the business relationship and work together with Element's Operational areas. Maintain an executive, constant and proactive relationship with the clients assigned in its portfolio, and with the Element areas; managing to increase resolution of operational situations during the first contact (FTR). Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Administration or Engineering. Experience in Customer Service (KAM or similar desirable). Bilingual. Experience in Leasing (vehicle desirable). Excellent verbal and written communication. Work under pressure and decision making. Excellent task tracking.
