Financial Analyst

Parker + Lynch is conducting a search for a Financial Analyst role with a healthcare company in the the Tampa Bay area. The company is looking for a dynamic, eager, and knowledgeable Financial Analyst to join their Corporate Finance Team and report to the Director of FP&A . This position is open due to promotion , and the ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience and a desire to be developed to the Senior Analyst level .

The Financial Analyst Job Responsibilities Include:

Provide support to the Director of FP&A assisting with the budget and related projects.

Provide financial support to business partners, including FP&A activities such as month-end close, providing oversight on transactional finance processes executed by business partners and assisting with annual budgeting and monthly forecast update process.

Conduct various analyses in developing and identifying key metrics for modeling financial data (revenue, cost, expenses, patient count, FTEs, and other KPIs).

Assist in the preparation of presentations for board meetings and senior leadership

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or similar field

3+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst in a Corporate FPA group

Experience with SQL

Familiarity with BI technologies (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
