Seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide support to executive staff in a Clearwater Florida based company. In this role you will be a key and trusted member of the staff and instrumental in the efficient and organized operations of the office.

• Heavy calendaring and email management
• Field all incoming calls
• Coordination and planning for meetings, conference calls and special events, including arrangement of logistics, meeting space, communications and catering
• Travel arrangements
• Attend and take notes during weekly and monthly meetings and follow-up on action items
• Facilitate communication with all levels of management, both internal and external
• Create, edit and proofread business communications and documents utilizing MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Prepare/track expense reports
• Receive visitors
• Special projects on an as-needed basis

Required Experience:
• 5+ years executive level support required, senior management level for a large company is preferred
• Travel and scheduling experience is a must.
• Extremely strong organizational, project and time management skills: detail oriented
• Advanced level skills with PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
• Ability to recognize and appropriately handle highly sensitive and confidential material and information
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior event planning experience is a must
