Rapidly growing company within the food processing and manufacturing industry is seeking an ERP Analyst to assist with the implementation and maintenance of their new ERP, Sage X3. Responsibilities include data migration, configuration, testing, reporting, and go-live optimization. In this role, the ERP Analyst will act as a liaison for upper management, contractors, and end users in the implementation process.
-Assist with business systems and workflow analysis. Assist with configuring functions and workflow to facilitate ERP integration with other applications.
-Research, troubleshoot, and mitigate transactional and other ERP issues.
-Data cleansing and verification, database setup, mapping legacy data to new database fields, migrating data to the new system.
-Ensure master data is transferred to the subsequent support interfaces. Monitor the EDI process to maintain quality and consistency, and also to maintain interfaces between applications. Assist with managing the connection between Salesforce and the ERP as part of the systems management.
-Testing and verification of legacy data and new data inputs.
-Assist with training the ERP user base.
-Test the ERP layout to make sure the system effectively meets the company’s needs.
-Troubleshoot and resolve any ERP related hardware, software, user access or other issues.
-Collect, monitor, analyze, and report go-live metrics that can clearly articulate the status of the go-live event to senior leadership.
-Collect, analyze, and present project lessons learned in order to ensure continuous improvement.
-After implementing the ERP, you will support the organization as a link between IT and business areas.
-Monitor system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability.
-Coordinate new software releases, fixes, and upgrades with technical teams and users.
-Recommend new features or changes to configuration/workflows based on user feedback.

-Experience with ERP implementation, migration, and maintenance. Experience with Sage X3 is preferred but not a requirement.
-Strong analytical, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
-Knowledge of industry practices, principles, concepts and standards related to IT work order / helpdesk management.
-Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with team members and senior support personnel.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
