Unit Description:  The Emergency Department is fully equipped to handle urgent and critical emergencies,including multiple trauma cases; cardiac, neurological and pediatricemergencies; orthopedic injuries; obstetrical and gynecological cases; andother emergencies.

Physiciansin 20 specialties and sub-specialties readily available, residents fromthroughout the region are assured access to comprehensive emergency healthcare24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week.

Position Summary: The Charge RN Emergency Services supervises nursing service activities in assigned nursing unit for the duration of the assigned shift or in the absence of nursing management. 

Desired skills: Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Services experience required. Previous Charge responsibilities highly desired.Provide professional nursing care to patientsutilizing the nursing process. To collaborate with other members of the healthcare delivery team including physicians, to deliver quality health care.
