Large Manufacturing Company in Jacksonville is seeking an experienced electrical technician to be part of an exciting team to maintain and improve the operation of production equipment, along with the maintenance and improvement of Jacksonville facilities including offices, warehouse and grounds.

Responsibilities

Diagnoses and correct cause of electrical or mechanical malfunction or failure of production equipment.Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment.Supports the planning and execution of planned equipment shutdowns.Plans, directs, and records periodic electrical testing of equipment and recommend or initiates modification or replacement of equipment which fails to meet acceptable operating standards.Maintain, install and when directed remove facility electrical systems such as fans, cameras, communication systems, alarms wiring and other equipment normally found in a manufacturing environment.Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair large machinery such as Wrappers, Case packing equipment, Rewinders and associated pieces of equipment.Assists all other electrical and mechanical technicians as needed.The essential functions of this role include:...ElectricalTroubleshootingMaintenanceBlueprintsAC/DC DrivesPLCMechanical MaintenanceGeneral MaintenanceElectronic MaintenanceEducationHigh SchoolQualifications
