Position Overview
The Director is responsible for the 24 hour, seven day a week functions of our busy Department. Develops goals, policies, procedures, prepares operating budgets, participates in multidisciplinary QI teams, consults with staff, physicians and other departments as needed. Manages staffing patterns with support from Manager, Assistant Nurse Managers and House Supervisors.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelors Degree required, Masters degree preferred
Licensure/Certification
Florida Registered Nursing License required
Experience
Department Leadership strongly preferred
Skills/Abilities
Excellent clinical, organizational and critical thinking skills. Ability to effectively communicate with staff and facility partners. Customer focus and good interpersonal skills.
